My LOL windows has crashed when I played then I restart my LOL account then it come back to level 1 supposed to be I am level 23. My username before is glocquiao11. And my LOL name is xXgloc11Xx

First of all DONT EVER PROVIDE your username to anyone. Edit your post. Dont worry, you probably accidentally logged in an empty smurf with similar username.
